Then history will change

I'm gonna strongly recommend you to watch a cute film, Timeline, based on the novel by Michael Crichton, the one who wrote "Jurassic Park" and other brilliant books.

Timeline is set in the Middle Ages, which I am studying at University, they really fascinate me; a group of archeologists of the Twentieth century are taken into a Medieval France back in the past thanks a hight-tech machine and risk to change the historical events...

Guess who is in the cast? Obviously my Gerard Butler, with all his beauty and charme! Anyway, the film is really adventurous, comic but also romantic, and that's why I love it. Maybe I'll do a project about the events described in the film, if those characters really existed or not and all that stuff. It's interesting to learn new things about the past, we often know little about the Middle Ages, the obscure period of time between the Roman Empire and the Renaissance with witches, Crusades, Knights Templars... I don't know, I think it would be fascinating to study how people lived at that time, what they thought and what they believed in.

Up till now, I'm reading some booGrassettoks about Middle Ages, for the university, but not only for that reason, just for my personal taste: "Ivanhoe", Walter Scott; "L'uomo medioevale", Jacques Le Goff; "Guida al Medioevo", Horst Fuhrmann, and others. I wanna read the sagas by Dorothy Dunnett and Jack Whyte. (Anybody ever read books by these two writers? Feel free to tell me what you think about it)

When will I have time enough? Here again the Time!
